How we audit every product

1. NPRA register

We look up every product on QUEST3+, NPRA’s official product register, and record its registration number, holder company and the date we checked.

2. Licensed pharmacies

Functional foods and drinks are not on NPRA’s medicine register. We list them only if licensed chains such as Caring, BIG, Watsons, Guardian or Alpro already stock them, or after our own document check of the company, halal certificate and GMP / MeSTI / HACCP.

3. Safety notices

Products named in KKM or NPRA notices for banned or undeclared ingredients, or cancelled registrations, are blocked permanently.
